I help organisations understand what's getting in the way and create paths forward.
My career has spanned technology, healthcare, membership organisations, community services and volunteer-led associations. While my job titles have varied, the focus of my work has remained remarkably consistent: helping organisations create clarity, understand what's getting in the way, and move important work forward.
I enjoy environments where priorities compete, ownership isn't always clear, and people are working from different pieces of the picture. I've always been interested in how people, processes and information interact inside organisations. Whether it's a project, a governance process, a service, a team or an entire organisation, I naturally look for the points where things are harder than they need to be.
The cause varies. It might be unclear ownership, limited visibility, competing priorities or a process that no longer fits the way people work. My instinct is to understand what's actually happening before jumping to solutions. Once the underlying issue is clear, I enjoy creating structure, improving visibility and helping people move forward with less friction.
